The architecture studio develops urban planning and territorial planning projects of broad scope, both for public entities and private developers, actively collaborating with various city councils and municipal bodies.
Its experience covers the drafting and management of land readjustment projects, polygon divisions, modifications to general plans, urban improvement plans, and partial plans, as well as technical and legal advice on submitting objections related to urban projects, urbanization works, and local infrastructures.

Among the most notable works are:
– The complete digital survey of facades and the analysis of urban installations, in addition to technical monitoring in the reurbanization project of the Geltrú
neighborhood.
– The Plan of Uses for catering establishments in Vilanova i la Geltrú, aimed at
improving the organization of urban space and the coexistence of commercial
activities.
– The comprehensive project for polygonal division, land readjustment, specific
modification of planning, and urbanization of Polygon I of Racó de Santa Llúcia,
together with the FEIL projects developed in collaboration with the local
administration.

How we do it

📏 Prior Study

The process begins with an exhaustive analysis of the project, including site visits, data collection, and meetings with the property owner to fully understand their needs and objectives. Based on this information, an initial work outline and an indicative economic estimate are prepared, both subject to adjustments according to the project’s evolution.

📷 Preliminary Project

In this phase, the functional, aesthetic, and technical aspects are defined together with the client. More detailed plans are developed, and realistic 3D images are generated, allowing the visualization of the final proposal, selection of materials, and precise understanding of what the result of the construction will be.

🔨 Basic and Execution Project

All construction details, materials, installations, and technical systems are specified, generating the measurements and the final budget. Once completed, the project is submitted to the Association of Architects for official approval and subsequently the building permit is processed with the City Council. During this process, the owner is advised on the choice of the most suitable contractor, support is offered in drafting the construction contract, and compliance with the mandatory insurance according to the Building Planning Law (LOE) is guaranteed. With the permit granted, the execution of the work begins.

🚧 Construction Management

The architect is responsible for the technical, economic, and aesthetic coordination of the work, ensuring that the execution respects the approved project. Through periodic visits and monitoring, progress is controlled, and necessary modifications are applied to achieve the expected final result, with the quality and design standards defined from the beginning

🏢 Final Completion

Once the work is finished, the administrative procedures for closing are managed, and the municipal technical inspection is coordinated. Following its approval, the project is officially considered finished.
