The architecture studio develops comprehensive reform and rehabilitation projects in single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and industrial constructions, combining design, efficiency, and sustainability.
Our experience ranges from decoration and interior design to intervention in structural pathologies, structural calculation, and the elimination of architectural barriers, guaranteeing safe technical solutions adapted to every need.
Throughout its trajectory, the firm has carried out highly relevant projects, including:
– The rehabilitation of the historic Foment Vilanoví building (1850).
– The renovation and expansion of the Water Company of Vilanova i la Geltrú.
– The new construction homes Casa Romero, with a contemporary and functional design.
– Casa Valldosera and the residential complex of isolated homes in Quint Mar (Sitges).
– The multi-family building with 15 homes in La Granada, an example of efficient and quality architecture.
How we do it
📏 Prior Study
We start each project with a detailed analysis of the space and the client’s needs. Through site visits, data collection, and meetings with the property owner, we prepare an initial design outline and an indicative budget, both adjustable according to the evolution of the project. This phase ensures a solid foundation for subsequent technical development
📷 Preliminary Project
In this stage, the functional, technical, and aesthetic aspects of the project are defined. Based on the first sketches, more precise plans and realistic 3D perspectives are generated, which allow the visualization of materials, volumes, and finishes. This way, the client obtains an image very close to the final result of the work.
🔨 Basic and Execution Project
All construction specifications, materials, installations, and technical systems are developed in detail. With this documentation, the measurements and the final budget are calculated. Once completed, the project is submitted to the Association of Architects for official approval, a necessary requirement to process the building permit with the City Council. During this process, the studio advises the property owner on the selection of the contractor, the drafting of the construction contract, and the contracting of the mandatory insurance established by the Building Planning Law (LOE). With the license approved, construction begins.
🚧 Construction Management
The architect assumes the technical and aesthetic coordination of the project, supervising the execution in all its phases. Through regular visits and work control, it is ensured that the work adheres to the approved design, applying the necessary adaptations to achieve a faithful, functional, and high-quality result.
🏢 Final Completion
Once the work is finished, the closing and certification procedures are managed, including the municipal technical inspection. Following its approval, the work is officially concluded, ready for use or final handover to the client.
