How we work
📏 Initial Analysis and Study
Through site visits, information gathering, and meetings with the property owner, the project needs are defined. Based on this data, a preliminary outline and an indicative economic estimate are prepared, both of which are adjustable as the project evolves.
📷 Preliminary Project
In this phase, functional and aesthetic aspects are explored in depth, together with the client. Detailed plans and realistic renders are generated, allowing the visualization of the final result and the definition of materials, textures, and construction solutions before execution begins.
🔨 Basic and Execution Project
Here, all materials, construction systems, installations, and finishes are specified with precision. Measurements and the final budget are carried out. Subsequently, the project is submitted to the Association of Architects for approval (visat) and, once approved, the building permit is processed with the City Council. Concurrently, the owner is advised on selecting the most suitable contractor and, if deemed necessary, the execution contract is drafted. Guidance is also offered on mandatory insurance established by the Building Planning Law (LOE). With the permit granted, construction begins.
🚧 Technical Construction Management
During construction, the architect supervises the correct technical, aesthetic, and
economic interpretation of the project. Periodic visits are made to control execution,
resolve incidents, and apply necessary adaptations to ensure fidelity to the original design.
Once the work is finished, the procedures for the final completion of the work are
managed, and the municipal technical inspection is coordinated. After approval, the work is
considered complete and ready for use or handover
