Our experience, qualifications, and the means used in preparing the reports make them essential and vital elements to increase the chances of success in the procedure.
We are part of the list of the courts, from where we prepare reports by random selection (insaculació) in a large number of ordinary proceedings and also in the field of contentious administrative law.
How we do it
📏 Assignment
Firstly, the problem must be analyzed through meetings with the property owner and lawyers, in which all the necessary documentation will be provided to understand the scope of the assignment (contracts, project, photographs, etc.). Once all the documentation provided has been analyzed, a budget based on the estimated hours of dedication is provided for acceptance.
📷 Property Visit
Once the problem and needs have been analyzed, a visit is made to the building, home, or premises, accompanied by the representative or owner, with the corresponding data collection and photographs.
🔨 Preparation of the Report
Conversations and documentation exchange are held with the property owner or lawyers, with the aim of analyzing the draft report and completing it according to the orientation it should take (informative or for procedural claim). After this verification, the necessary adaptations are made for the drafting of the final report, incorporating plans, perspectives, photographs, etc., to provide maximum clarity. The report is sent to the corresponding professional association for approval and is delivered properly bound, approved, and signed.
👨⚖️ Court Appearance
If the report or appraisal aims to resolve a problem or pathology, the observed pathologies, their causes, repair proposals, and the budget will be presented. If the procedure is judicial, the report will be presented as expert evidence, and before the trial, the necessary meetings will be held to prepare for it. The expert author of the report will appear in the oral trial, where they will present and defend the report before the judge and the lawyers intervening in the procedure.
